I read last week in the Daily News that Antonio Villaraigosa is the sponsor of Assembly Bill AB 1785, proposing to create a system for reporting hate crimes in school.

It is ironic that Villaraigosa isn't the least bit concerned with the race hate rhetoric generated by MEChA which has the potencial for evolving into hate crimes.
